Our October membership meeting (Lunch and Learn) will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 11:30 am at the Ned Ashton House , 820 Park Road in Iowa City.
This month’s speakers are attorneys from Meardon and Sueppel Law Firm, who will be dicussing landlord-tenant law and FED/Small Claims preparation and filing. They will be available for questions and answers during their presentation and after.
Lunch is being catered by Catering by Charlotte, who is going to be our primary food provider for our lunch and learns for the next year. Catering by Charlotte will be offering a rotating selection of lunch items for each meeting.
Please RSVP by Friday, October 20, 2023 at 5pm either at the GICAA website or to apartmentassoc@gmail.com with the number of individuals from your organization who will be attending. Price is $15.00 for lunch in person (cash or check) or $15.50 if you pay online when you register (to cover the online payment fee from our website payment processor).
